Entering the North American market is an important step in the export strategy for many German companies. However, it is crucial for its success to consider the peculiarities and differences in legal and intercultural aspects.

On the one hand, it is decisive to develop an overall holistic sales strategy and adjust it to the target market. On the other hand, also the details are important, such as the country-specific adaption of marketing materials. Often even distribution channels from acquisition to after-sales service, differ from the German model and should therefore be taken into consideration and developed accordingly.

The event targets German companies that are seeking to establish business relationships within the U.S. or to further expand their economic activities in the USA. Representatives of German companies in the USA who have already successfully established sales there, will participate in the workshop and pass on their experience and knowledge.

The workshop aims to support companies to prepare comprehensively for the various steps involved in developing sales strategies for the U.S. market by focusing on practical issues and how to answer them.
