The training model is much more popular with German US subsidiaries and US companies, but there is still a lack of qualified specialists on the US labor market. Most German companies see the need for qualified workers as the greatest challenge of the coming years. For this reason they carry the German model of theory and practice to the USA. In recent years, the German-American Chamber of Commerce Abroad has been able to make a huge contribution to the initiation of numerous dual training programs based on German standards. More than 100 companies now meet their individual needs for qualified specialists in this way.
Goal
The workshop for finding and hiring personnel/training and further education is intended to help companies to train/further train in the human resources area and to overcome any hurdles more easily in order to be successful in the US market in the long term.
