Workshop Legal Framework
Companies wishing to do business in the US face many obstacles. It can be challenging understanding the different legal structures, finding protection from liability risks and law suits, and fully grasping changing US visa requirements and restrictions. This workshop will guide you through these common challenges and ensure you are well prepared to face common legal, tax, and immigration hurdles that other German companies have experienced and overcome.
In addition to the challenges listed above, topics such as company formation, product liability, workers rights, relocation of employees, contract design and taxes will also be discussed. In the context of market entry, it is important to know that the first step must already be the right step. It is essential to be well prepared!
The workshop “Legal Framework for US-Market Entry” is designed for companies planning to enter the US market. In this workshop, representatives from medium-sized companies who have successfully completed this first step will talk about their US market entry and how they have overcome various hurdles. Expert speakers will address these topics through a panel discussion and short Q&A with the workshop participants.
